At Neuro, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality team inspects the arrival.
